How This Website Works
The current website is a static page. It does not create visitor accounts or store enquiry, review, or payment submissions on a Holiday Wishers website server.
When you submit a trip enquiry, the site prepares a message and opens WhatsApp. It is sent only if you choose to send it in WhatsApp. A review opens an email draft to bookings@holidaywishers.com; it is sent only if you send that email.
The website displays bank-transfer details but does not collect card details, UPI PINs, or bank login credentials and does not process payments. Your bank handles any transfer directly.
The website host may process basic technical request information, such as a device’s connection to the page, to deliver the site. The exact hosting provider and its log practices depend on where the website is hosted.

Information You Share
Depending on the form or message you choose to send, you may share:
- Trip enquiry details such as your name, phone number, destination, travel month, guest count, starting city, and preferences.
- Review details such as your name, destination, rating, travel date, and written experience.
- Photos or a video that you select to share with a review.
- Booking or payment-reference information that you choose to include in a message, such as a UTR.
Please do not send passwords, UPI PINs, bank login details, or other information that is not needed to plan or manage your journey.

How Information Is Used
Information you send to Holiday Wishers is used to answer your enquiry, prepare an itinerary and quotation, coordinate a requested or confirmed booking, respond to your review, and verify a payment reference you choose to send.
A review or photo will only be featured on the website with your permission. Sending a review does not automatically publish it.

Sharing and Third Parties
When you choose to send a message, WhatsApp or your email provider processes it under its own terms and privacy practices. Information needed to arrange a trip may also be shared with the relevant travel service providers for that journey.
The website loads some fonts, scripts, and travel images from external services, including Google Fonts, Tailwind CDN, unpkg, and Unsplash. Your browser contacts these services to load the page resources; each provider’s own privacy terms apply to its services. The website also links to social-media services, which apply their own policies when you visit them.

Photos and Videos
Selected photos are resized and compressed in your browser on your device for preview. The site does not upload or store selected media. If your device supports file sharing, the files are passed to the app you choose; otherwise you must attach them to the email draft yourself.
After you share a file through an email, messaging, or social-media app, that provider’s terms and privacy practices apply to the shared copy.

Your Choices
You decide whether to send a pre-filled WhatsApp or email message, and whether to include optional review media. You can edit the message before sending it. Do not submit a form if you do not want to share its contents with Holiday Wishers through the selected app.
To ask us to correct or delete information you have sent directly to Holiday Wishers, contact us using the details below. Copies in your email, messaging, or bank apps are managed through those providers.
